We deliver to France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Spain and Italy.

All our orders are prepared within 48 hours, unless otherwise specified by us (e.g., real-time item manufacturing). An email will be sent to you to confirm the processing of your order and its shipment.

In the specific case of pre-order products, the average shipping time will be indicated on the item page for information purposes, in your shopping cart, and in the general terms and conditions of sale.

They are then delivered by La Poste within 2 to 3 days. You will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of your order.

Delivery times in Metropolitan France are 2 to 7 working days.

In case of high demand, the delivery time may be slightly longer; in this case, we will contact you to keep you informed.

To receive your order as quickly as possible, we recommend having your orders delivered to an address where you are present during the day (your workplace, for example), or ensuring that someone can receive the package for you.

Exchanges, returns, and credit notes are possible within 14 days of receipt of the order.

• Return shipping costs are at your expense
• Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, unworn, and suitable for resale.

  You can then send us your product back, in its original packaging and with your invoice.

Unfortunately, if you have ordered a personalized product, we will not be able to accept returns except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

After this period, any claims will be refused.

• COMPOSITION

Our jewelry is generally made of stainless steel or brass. The materials are indicated on each product page. We use natural semi-precious stones, glass crystals, and freshwater pearls. Our jewelry is guaranteed nickel-free.

• CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To care for your jewelry, avoid direct contact with water, perfume, creams, and humidity in general. Store it in its small pouch, in a dry place, and avoid mixing it with jewelry from other brands, as different metals can oxidize when in contact. To clean it and restore its shine, use a chamois cloth and rub gently. Your jewelry is a magnificent piece of fashion jewelry; as it is not gold, it is normal for it to tarnish over time.

All our jewelry is adjustable thanks to an extension chain (see product description).
