• Wrap it around your waist where you want to place the chain, on your hips or at your navel, making sure it fits snugly, neither too loose nor too tight.
• Transfer the measured length to a ruler or tape measure to find your waist circumference.

- The length of the size S chain is adjustable between 65 and 70 cm

- The length of the size M chain is adjustable between 75 and 80 cm

- The length of the size L chain is adjustable between 85 and 90 cm
