Delivery

We ship our products throughout France and to several European countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and United Kingdom. Delivery charges vary depending on the destination and the weight of your order. You can calculate shipping costs by adding items to your cart and selecting your delivery country.

Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 3 business days of receiving your payment. We will provide you with a tracking number to follow your order online.

Return

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your order, but if for any reason you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

To return an item, please contact us by email at the following address: sabi.bijoux@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization and return instructions. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to return your items, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will refund you the full amount of your order, minus the initial shipping costs. This refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original order.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for personalized jewelry unless the order is damaged.

Once your order has been delivered, you have 3 days to report a damaged order to our customer service via the following address: sabi.bijoux@gmail.com (please attach a photo to your email).

After this period, all claims will be refused.
